Goddard Public Schools is home to Eisenhower High School, Goddard High School, and Goddard Academy.

During their four years in high school, students will:

  • Prepare for transition from formative schooling years to college and/or work force after high school.

  • Further develop their ability to apply knowledge gained to real-life situations.

  • Deepen independent thinking skills and the ability to express individual thoughts and opinions.

  • Experience additional opportunities to balance duties with responsibilities.

  • Refine collaboration, cooperation, perserverance, and self-regulation skills needed for life after high school.

The role of the high school staff includes:

  • Creating learning opportunities that challenge students to use reasoning and problem-solving.

  • Providing mentoring to students as they begin to make post-secondary schooling and/or career decisions.

  • Supporting and nurturing students as they continue to grow and develop in physical, social, and emotional maturity.

  • Sharing the value of real-world learning and application in academic and extra-curricular settings.
