The 2023-2024 Free/Reduced Price Meal Application will be available in Skyward Family Access, or pick up a paper Application at any of the school buildings.

Below is the 2023-2024 Consent for Disclosure Form (Enrollment Fee Waiver).

If your family qualifies for Free or Reduced-Price School Meals, you may complete the Consent for Disclosure Form to apply to have enrollment fees waived. 

If you are unable to print these forms, you can pick them up at any of the Goddard Public School buildings, or we can mail them to you.
