As outlined in the 2020-2025 Goddard Public Schools Strategic Plan, we believe:

• Status quo is not acceptable. We must pursue excellence in providing diverse and advanced opportunities for all students.

• The district must provide a safe, caring, and connected learning environment to education the whole child academically, physically, and socially.
